United Way of Ross County Adds Larger COVID-19 Grant Funding

The United Way of Ross County has made available a second grant created to help organizations to provide COVID-19 Relief to the citizens of Ross County.

This week, United Way introduced the COVID-19 Relief Fund. This fund supports nonprofit organizations, schools, and religious organizations that are serving larger community needs in areas such as Food, Housing, Transportation, Senior Citizens, and Financial Stability in Ross County.

The fund will provide larger grants of up to $15,000 to applying agencies.

In early March, the local United Way opened the United Way of Ross County COVID-19 Micro-Grant Fund. The MicroGrant Fund is available to local nonprofits and K-12 schools supporting those who may be impacted by the virus. The grants total up to $500 per agency or school and must go towards virus-related aid.
