Congressman Brad Wenstrup Visits Chillicothe

Congressman Brad Wenstrup was in Chillicothe Tuesday, on a tour of his district while Congress is in recess.

He made an appearance at the ribbon cutting of the new headquarters of the Republican Women of Ross County, almost across from the courthouse at 27 North Paint Street.

On dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Wenstrup pointed out that he has been serving as a doctor in Congress, and it was a great opportunity to work on something "extremely bizarre, extremely hard to manage from the medical side."

With the controversy over the upcoming elections, Wenstrup said he has no problem with Ohio's balloting - but in some other states, they are sending ballots to anyone who appears to exist, and that is ripe for fraud.

Wenstrup also pointed out that gracefully accepting political defeat is not happening in the last four years.

Wenstrup visited Kenworth supplier Vitatoe Industries after the ribbon cutting. He had been in a round-table at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Tuesday morning.
