"After 40 years of being the Ross County Junior Fair Queen/King Emcee I finally won a crown. Thanks to the junior fair board and advisors for 40 wonderful years. Thanks also for all kind words this evening.

"What an extra bonus to see Gretchen Search be crowned queen tonight. The best thing about this experience has been seeing babies become wonderful adults. For the last time as emcee, thank you for attending the queen and king contest, enjoy the best county fair in the state and be kind to a Korky Raider."
