If you expect to have to look out for cyclists this Mother's Day Weekend, fear not. The two-day bicycle "Tour of the Scioto River Valley" or TOSRV will happen in September, like it did last year after being interrupted by COVID.
About 3,000 cyclists usually participate in the annual weekend tour, covering 210 miles from Columbus to Portsmouth on Saturday, and then returning to Columbus Sunday.
