The Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle serious injury crash from Friday in front of Kenworth.
At about 8pm on State Route 159, Tyler Frazier and passenger Devan Purnell of Londonderry were southbound in a 2003 Dodge Durango, and Phillip Schaible of Cincinnati was northbound in a 2011 Subaru Forester.
Schaible failed to yield while turning left and was struck head on. He was flown to Grant Medical Center in critical condition.
Fraizer was treated and released, while Purnell was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center for minor injuries.
