Kate is a rural American teenager with a problem. It's her 16th birthday, she's never been kissed, and she's afraid somebody will point out what a loser she is in the romance department. BFF Darby plans to lose her virginity today, so Darby isn't exactly a bulwark of support. Kate's irreverent fantasies of sexual awakening and guilt drive this explosive day. Kate pretends not to care about Darby's plan - and Kate focuses on playing matchmaker to her misfit fellowemployees at the Riverside food stand. Before the clock strikes midnight, Kate finds out more about love than most 16-year-old girls could imagine!

Kevin Carr crawled from the primordial ooze in the 1970s. He grew up watching movies to the point of irritation for his friends. He was a font of useless movie knowledge until he decided to put that knowledge to good use. He is now a professional film critic read worldwide, much to the chagrin of Michael Bay. As a proud member of the Online Film Critics Society, Kevin’s reviews are seen on the internet and in print in several states. While you can catch Kevin LIVE Thursday mornings with "Dan & Mike", you can also hear him each week on the Clear Channel radio networks around the country as a featured film reviewer.
