and Tyler Roe represent the Cavaliers on the 2011 All-SEOAL Football
Team.

Mathis were Honorable Mentions.
The speedy Jones was an
impact player in all three phases of the game as a defensive back and kick
returner. He was moved from receiver to running back in Week 4 of the season and
was also selected as the Archie Griffin Player of the Week by the Ohio State
Radio Network following the Cavs' win over Hillsboro.
The 6'5" 255lb Roe moved
to Chillicothe this summer from New Philadelphia battled a wrist injury early
and was hospitalized briefly with an illness, but when he regained his health
performed as a devastating blocker and recorded double digit pancake blocks in
each of his last two games.
Hinty was primarily used
as an outside linebacker for the Cavs defense and had 10-plus tackles in the
Cavs win over Logan.
Mathis, a sophomore,
became Chillicothe's starting quarterback heading into Week 4.
The Cavs' Football Awards
Banquet will be held Monday night (11/14) in the school cafeteria at
6pm.
Co-Players of the Year
were awarded to Jackson's Drew Ervin and Austin Osborne. Jackson's Andy Hall was
named Coach of the Year leading his team to a 10-0 mark for the regular
season.
