The Lady Cavs Tennis team swept through Jackson and Logan this week with 5-0 scores.

Singles players Taylor Sprouse (1^st), Parisa Bennett (2^nd) and Li Ann VanVolkinburg (3^rd) won their matches with 6-0, 6-0 scores.

It was nearly the same for Doubles Teams of Courtney Berry/Ellen Schmitt (1^st) and Tiffany Noel/Amanda Mares (2^nd). The only games the Cavs lost game to Jackson, both 6-0, 6-1 scores.

Chillicothe has won 11 consecutive matches since falling 3-2 to Hilliard Davidson in their opener. They’ll host Logan Elm Thursday at 4:30pm at the courts at OUC.

The Cavs Golf team hosted a dual match with Unioto at the Chillicothe Country Club Wednesday.

The Shermans won the match 180-198.

Bane Adkins earned medalist honors with a 42. Gabe Preston and Pierce Knisley both carded 44’s while K.J. King scored a 50 and Hannah Littler had a 60.

Unioto enters SVC Match #5 today with a 4-0 mark. Up next for Chillicothe, an SEOAL Match at Jackson’s Franklin Valley.
