The Cavalier Boys and Girls teams take to the SEOAL League Meet Saturday at Marietta College.

The Lady Cavs are back to defend their SEOAL title. Chillicothe finished 16 points ahead of Marietta in 2011, but took first in only five events (Megan Osborne 100, 200 & 400 Meter Dashes and Audra  Metzler the High Jump and long Jump).

Heading into Saturday's Meet, the Chillicothe Girls own the best times in the League* led by Megan Osborne, 100 Meter Dash (11.9); 200 Meter Dash (24.22) & 400 Meter Dash (56.56), Elaine Wilson, 300 Hurdles (49.53), Corinne Patino, Pole Vault (10'00"), Alyssa Oates, Shot Put (39'10"). 4x 100 Meter Relay (51.90), 4x 200 Meter Relay (1:50.10) and 4x 400 Meter Relay (4:18.00).

The Boys placed fourth in the 2011 Meet and have battled injuries and youth this season. The team hasn't been at full strength for any 2012 meet.

On the Boys side, it could be a three way race between Gallia Academy, Logan and Warren as their teams hold the top spots in events across the League*.
