The Chillicothe Girls and Logan Boys were winners of the Division 1 District Track & Field Meet at Marietta College Thursday.

Both teams won SEOAL Championships last Saturday and now carry District titles into the Regional Meet next week at Pickerington North High School.

The Cavalier Boys finished 6th.

The Top 4 Teams and Individuals advance to Regional. The Lady Cavs brought home 4 District Champs, paced by Megan Osborne's wins in the 100, 200 and 400 Meter Dashes. Also taking 1st place the Girls 4x200 Meter Relay Team of Audra Metzler, Elaine Wilson, Kylie Bethel and Emilee Kemper.

The Girls also grabbed five runners-up an a 3rd place and had 13 Regional Qualifiers.

For the Boys, Josh Garrett had the highest finish, placing 2nd in the Discus. Six Cavaliers are Regional Qualifiers.
