The Winter Sports Season got underway on November 19th with the Chillicothe Boys Bowling team winning the South Central Ohio Conference Kickoff Classic at Tiki lanes, in Lancaster.
The Cavs had a total pinfall of 2336, to edge out Zanesville by 10 pins. 2012 State Qualifier Robbie Vest led the Cavs with a 427 series. Jarrad Zeisler had a 423 series followed by Trevor Chaney with a 414 series.
On the girls side, the Lady Cavs finished 3rd in the tournament with a total pinfall of 1781. Zanesville won the tournament followed by Maysville.
Summer Finley was the medalist for the girls tournament with a 439 series.
The teams continue their season on December 1st in the State Tournament Kickoff.
