Chillicothe won the Ross County Invitational Wrestling Championship Saturday at Southeastern High School.
Five Cavaliers finished the tournament undefeated in their weight classes, Nick Lawhorn 5-0 (106), Caleb Price 5-0 (132), Jacob Price 5-0 (138), Chris Powell 5-0 (145) and Christian Collins 4-0 (160). Collins moved up to the 170 division for one match and fell to Southeastern’s Desmond Perkins 10-6.
Other Cavs records on the day, Jack Compton 2-3 (152), Erik Alderman 3-2 (170), Gene Dunn 3-2 (182), Tom Dunn 3-2 (195), Austin Mathis 4-1 (220) and Tyler Howard 4-1 (285).
