Ross County Board of Developmental Disabilities Superintendent Rick Marriott has been awarded the Annual Lifetime Achievement Award.

Citing his abilities as a lifelong leader in the field of developmental disabilities, PAR Executive Director Steve Oster stressed Marriott’s history of opening doors for people with disabilities and as a person with great personality, sense of humor, and compassion.
