A local man was indicted by the Ross County Grand Jury during it's Friday Session
The charges stem from a September 12th incident that began at the Cheap Tobacco store on North Bridge Street in Chillicothe.
Chillicothe Police were called to the Am-Vets parking lot, where witnesses informed officers that Seymour had been arguing with a male and female in the Cheap Tobacco Store.
The couple then left the store and were persued by Seymour. According to witnesses, Seymour got into in his pick-up truck and drove toward the couple at a high rate of speed.
The male was able to push his female companion out of the way but he was struck by Seymour's vehicle, the man sustained severe head trauma and was transported by Life Flight to Grant Hospital in Columbus.
Seymour fled the scene but was found three days later after trying to disguise his white pick-up truck with a new camouflage paint job.
The Ross County Grand Jury returned at total 24 indictments during it's Friday.
