The Chillicothe Jaycees are accepting nominations for their annual Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award.

"It's just someone who shows some of the qualities that we, as Jaycees, try to emulate in the community, which is service to the community, showing that that's what makes things better," said Cathy Adams, Jaycees President.

Nomination forms are due by November 30.
