The Chillicothe Board of Education will award diplomas to any living veteran or relative of a veteran who served in WWII, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War in a special ceremony on November 26th.
The veteran must have been honorably discharged from the Armed Services and proof is required via an original DD214 or other proof of service. To obtain an application for a high school diploma for a WWII, Korean Conflict, or Vietnam Veteran, contact the local Veterans Service Commission office at the Ross County Service Center at 772-1600.
If the applicant would like to receive the diploma at the ceremony then complete and return the application to Jon C Saxton, Chillicothe City Schools, 235 Cherry Street, Chillicothe, Ohio by November 19th.
