The Ross County Sheriff's Office is seeking information regarding two separate burglaries that occurred at the same residence in less than a month. The burglaries took place at a home in the 5200 block of US 23 South.
Official say forced entry was made into the home, on October 19, where jewelry and cash were stolen. The second took place on November 16, where forced entry was made and items from the residence were loaded into the resident's vehicle, but the subjects fled before being able to drive the vehicle away.
Though there is no description of the subjects, authorities say blood was found at the scene of the second burglary, so it's possible a suspect may have a wound on his or her body resulting from forcing entry.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers at (740) 773-TIPS.
