While many people are hearing about the federal fiscal cliff, Chillicothe government leaders are trying to avoid a "bump in the road" of their own.

Chillicothe Mayor Jack Everson says talks continue between the administration and city council on where cuts might have to be made. The city will have their 2013 budget finalized by the first of the year.

Council has rescheduled their next legislative meeting for December 17th, since their regular date would be on Christmas Eve.
