The Ross County board of Commissioners held a public reception for Commissioner Frank Hirsch on Wednesday in honor of his 24 years of service to the citizens of Ross County. 

The Board presented Mr. Hirsch with a proclamation expressing their gratitude for his years of dedicated service.
