Help is now available to upgrade employees’ skills through Ohio’s new Incumbent Workforce Training Voucher program.

The program is designed to provide employers with direct financial assistance to enhance the skills of their employees. It offsets a portion of the costs for training and will provide reimbursement for specific costs accrued during training.
