During its Friday session, the Ross County Grand Jury indicted a Greenfield man for criminal trespassing. The indictment alleges that 37-year-old Tad E. Price entered several homes on December 17.
Officials with the Prosecutor's Office say authorities saw Price walking from the front door of a Clover Circle home. Price was ordered to the ground and tased when he resisted.
If convicted of the fourth-degree misdemeanor, he could face up to 30 days in prison and a $250 fine.
The Grand Jury also indicted a Chillicothe woman was indicted for possession of cocaine. The indictment stems from a November 11th arrest in which 33-year-old Katrina Detty was found slumped over the steering wheel of a running vehicle, stopped 12 inches away from the curb of Cutright Drive.
Authorities say they found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and in her purse, including .1 grams of cocaine.
She was arrested on charges of physical control, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of cocaine.
If convicted of the fifth-degree felony of possession of cocaine, she could spend 6-12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine.
All told, the Grand Jury returned 15 indictments; 2 were open.
