Dilisio has been indicted for a fifth-degree felony of receiving stolen property, which carries a penalty of 6-12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine.
Other indictments include:
*27-year-old Charles Bundy and 25-year-old Hope McKenzie, of Chillicothe, on multiple counts stemming from an incident in which Chillicothe Police found a meth lab in their Western Avenue home on December 12. Officials with the Prosecutor's Office say authorities also found ingredients to make meth (coffee filters, fuel, lithium batteries, empty cold packs, Sudafed, and a pill crusher), meth (0.9 grams), heroin (0.2 grams), and Oxycodone (12 pills) in their shared bedroom.
Bundy and McKenzie have been charged with three counts of illegal possession of drugs, possession of heroin, and illegal assembly/possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.
Bundy, who has a prior conviction of illegal manufacture of drugs from 2007, has been indicted on an additional charge of illegal manufacture (F2) in this case.
*31-year-old Shawn Carey, of Chillicothe, for third-degree domestic violence. He’s accused of hitting and choking his child’s mother, as well as threatening the woman and his child, in November. Carey has prior domestic violence convictions from 2000 and 2010; he was also convicted of negligent assault in 2003.
*29-year-old Alicia Hardesty, of Chillicothe, for possession of heroin and tampering with evidence. She’s accused of throwing a syringe out of her bedroom window while police were executing a search warrant at her home. She was arrested was said to have removed a baggy containing 0.1 grams of heroin from her person during jail processing.
*31-year-old Rex Keeton and 26-year-old Jeremy Dunn, of Chillicothe, for possession of heroin. The indictment alleges police searched Keeton’s home in December and found a spoon that contained had heroin residue near him. Dunn was allegedly found with 0.1 grams of heroin in his wallet.
