An informational meeting for Chillicothe's Second Ward is February 19.

Matt Haller from Haller Funeral Home is presenting a program called "In the Blink of an Eye," a video that discusses the dangers of distracted driving of any kind...and distracted-driving crashes.

Public Information Officer Bud Lytle will talk about the latest scams going on in the City.

And, meeting coordinator Nancy Ames will give a brief overview of what is happening in her ward and in City Council, in the meeting at the Northside Library from 6:30 to 7:30 pm that Tuesday.
