A local nail salon was damaged after a Chillicothe woman crashed her vehicle into the glass storefront, Wednesday morning. Police Officer Bud Lytle said the incident occurred at Y2Nails on Western Avenue just prior to 10pm. 

He said the driver, 70-year-old Nancy Shoultz, was trying to back out of a parking space, thought she was in reverse but was in drive, and crashed into the building.

There were no injuries, and the owners expect to reopen on Saturday.
