Pickaway County Engineer Chris Mullins and Ross County Engineer Charlie Ortman have agreed to close the portion of Kingston-Adelphi Road between Orr Road and Immell Road due to a recent inspection, which determined the bridge over the CSX Railroad should be closed.

Ortman said plans for the replacement are in the final stages, funding is in place, and construction of a new bridge is anticipated to start this year.
