Sheriff Lavender reports that his office is investigating a robbery that occurred early Sunday morning in the 1400 block of Lunbeck road.

Deputies responded to the Adena Regional Medical Room at approximately 4:00 a.m. Sunday morning and spoke with two male victims and one female victim.

Statements obtained from the victims indicate that there were four suspects wearing masks. Two of the suspects were reported carrying handguns and two were reported to have long guns. One of the victims reported having his wallet being taken with an undetermined amount of cash.

Deputies responded to the scene and took photographs and collected several pieces of evidence to be sent to B.C.I. for testing. Further details will be released as they become available.
