Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers are asking for help to solve a crime. On May 18, the home located at 342 Hartwood Road, Chillicothe Ohio was burnt to the ground. The resident Justin Depugh was out of town and asked a friend to go check on the home only to find it smoldering from being burnt to the ground at around 1:39pm Saturday.
State Fire Marshal investigators were on the scene Monday, and the cause of the fire remains undetermined.
The owner of the home is offering $1,000 reward on top of the reward offered by The Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers and a $5,000 Blue Ribbon Arson Comittee reward for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who may have set the fire.
