Aggravated rioting charges have been dropped against three suspects in a Circleville case that saw one person killed. However, different charges agains those three could be changed to something else.
Pickaway County Prosecutor Judy Wolford dropped the charges against three adults, but says new charges are likely to be filed based on evidence from the autopsy that determined the March 27th death of 21-year-old Brittany Jeffers was a homicide.
18-year-old Angel Haines, 26-year-old Daniel Harris and 20-year-old Cameron Eby have been released from jail after those charges were dropped, but 37-year-old Nicole Leasure remains charged with aggravated rioting and is free on bond.
17-year-old Keely Martin and Brandon Bolin remain in juvenile detention on charges of aggravated rioting.
Rioting charges against 14-year-old Shyia Harvey and 16-year-old Preston Harvey remain.
