A Pickaway County judge has sentenced a Circleville teen to spend 30 days on house arrest for his role in the death of Brittany Jeffers last March.
17-year-old Brandon Bolin was issued the sentence Tuesday, for his connection with the March 28th street brawl that led to Jeffers being critically injured. She later died from brain trauma.
Eyewitnesses claim Bolin kicked or struck Jeffers in the head, although officials have not been able to show if that actually caused Jeffers death.
Only Nicole Leasure still facing charges in the case.
