This year the Ohio High School Athletic Association will hold team dual meets across the state in wrestling. There are three divisions with each division having eight regions.

If your team wins you just keep advancing (kind of like the football, baseball & basketball tournaments). A state champion in each division will be determined on February 9th a week before the individual tournament round starts.

Below are the first round parings starting this Wednesday. Tickets are $7 per person. These pairings are all Sub-Regional matches. 

Division 2/Region 15
At Washington Court House High School
6pm-3rd seed HILLSBORO vs. #6 seed Beelbrook...winning team moves on to next round.
6pm-7th seed GREENFIELD MCCLAIN vs. #10 seed CLINTON-MASSIE

Winner will then wrestle #2 seed WASHINGTON CH (This match starts 20 minutes after McClain-Massie match ends)

Winner of WCH-CM or McClain match will then move on to next round on January 30th

At Miami Trace Junior High School
6pm--#4 seed Franklin vs. #5 seed Wilmington...winner moves on to 2nd round.
6pm--#8 seed Western Brown vs. 9th seed LONDON

Winner will then wrestle #1 seed MIAMI TRACE (Match starts 20 minutes after Western Brown-London match ends)
Winner of MT-Western Brown or London match will move on to next round. 

Division 2/Region 13
At Licking Valley High School
Winners of these matches will move on to next round & face each other January 30th.
6pm---#2 Granville vs. #7 LOGAN ELM
#3 Licking Valley vs. #6 Licking Heights

At Circleville Everts Middle School
#1 seed CIRCLEVILLE got a bye & will have 1st match on January 30th vs. winner of: 7pm---4th seed Hamilton Township vs. #5 seed CHILLICOTHE
