Chillicothe's Megan Osborne took the State Championship in the OATCCC Girls' Indoor 200 Meter Run championship Saturday at the University of Akron.

Osborne ran the 200 Meters in 24.73 seconds, .25 seconds ahead of second place. She also finished 5th in the 60 Meters with a time of 7.84 seconds, .10 second out of 4th.

Osborne, who will run for Penn State University next year, became the first Chillicothe indoor state champ since Curt Smith (Shot Put) and Jon Grant (High Jump) won titles at the 2008 state meet.
