The 42nd Annual March for Babies event in Yoctangee Park
It was a chilly start to the 2012 March for Babies event in Yoctangee Park Sunday Morning (March 22, 2012), but roughly 500 people took part in the walk this year.
Andrea Steger, Community Director for the March of Dimes, couldn't have been more pleased with the support the community has, and the drive they have for the March of Dimes.
March for Babies is a huge community event that requires the participations and support of many dedicated volunteers. The goal of this years March was to raise $56,000. The amount raised hasn't been totaled, but donations can be made until December 31, 2012.
