Four Men Arrested in Chillicothe Raids

Drug charges have been filed for two raids at South Hickory Street apartment.

Two separate raids early Friday at a Chillicothe apartment have netted heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash. It also resulted in the arrest of four men, according to Chillicothe Police.

Detectives and the special response team served search warrants on two apartments at 49 1/2 South Hickory Street.

Arrested were 45-year-old Ralph L. Netter on a charge of Possession of Heroin, 46-year-old Karl F. Brown Jr for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 57-year-old Benjamin J. Houston for Permitting Drug Abuse and 25-year-old Deshaun M. Crowley for Possession of Marijuana.

Netter, Brown and Houston were residents of the South Hickory Street apartments, and Crowley is from Columbus.

Anonymous tips to police led to the raids Friday morning.
