Chillicothe Police raid an East Fourth Street home Tuesday.
Five people were arrested when Chillicothe Police Department’s Special Response Team executed a search warrant at 715 E. Fourth Street. During the search of the residence detectives located heroin and drug paraphernalia.
The residents, 36-year-old Adam Koch and 41-year-old Kimberly Carroll, were both arrested. Koch was charged with permitting drug abuse and Carroll was charged with possession of heroin.
A third subject in the residence, 24-year-old Larry Bostwick of Stone Road, was also arrested on an outstanding warrant charging him with assault.
A traffic stop was also conducted on a vehicle leaving the residence and the two people in the vehicle, 38-year-old Larry Davis Jr., and 30-year-old Amanda Miller- both from Warner Avenue- were both arrested on outstanding warrants. Davis' warrants were for criminal trespass, theft and community control violations. Miller’s warrants were for criminal trespass.
