A subject is believed to be shooting at people during Salvation Army giveaways.

Authorities have been alerted for a third time to a report of a person shooting a BB gun at people at the Salvation Army Headquarters on Fourth Street in Chillicothe. The first report was made on November 15th during the Salvation Army's food basket giveaway, while another was made on January 23rd during a school supply giveaway, in which one person was struck by a BB.

On Tuesday, during the non-profit's produce giveaway, citizens reported a similar incident.

Those who have been calling in the reports believe the shots are coming from an East Fourth Street property.

Chillicothe Police investigated the home from where the suspected shots were coming, and they found the homeowner was the lone resident and had been working out of town at the time of the shots.

Authorities have no leads at this time.
