Only four members attended the meeting
Waverly Council couldn't pass any resolutions Tuesday night due to only four council members attending the meeting.
Council had plenty to talk about though including nuisance property's and roadwork improvements for the Bridge Street and Sewer projects.
Mayor Greg Kempton said that work should start around the end of July.
They also discussed wanting to let the Youth Softball League take over the scheduling and the maintenance of the Bristol Park Baseball Diamonds.
The meeting was also taped by a volunteer and will air on Channel 2 on Wednesday or Thursday.
