Closures start at 4pm on Monday
Although GOBA will be making its way into first Capital Sunday Afternoon,The City of Chillicothe will closing the following streets and implementing a No Parking Zone on Monday afternoon/evening from 4:00pm-8:00pm for the Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure Bicycle Race.
2nd Street (Between Walnut St. and Mulberry St.)
Walnut Street (Between 2nd St. and Water St.)
Water Street (Between Walnut St. and Mulberry St.)
Mulberry Street (Between Water St. and 2nd St.)
Paint Street will be closed to traffic between Main & Water
Please move your vehicle from these streets prior to 4:00pm. The City of Chillicothe will make every effort to find the owners of the vehicle left on the streets after 4:00pm, but if the vehicle owner is not found the car will be removed by a tow truck. The City has posted No Parking signs to remind you that there will be no parking on the racecourse.
If you are park on the inside of the race course and need to get out ask one of police officers on the corners to assist you. Please remind your neighbors to move their cars because they will be towed if we can’t find the owners to move them.
