Police arrested the Reynoldsburg man, Thursday.
A Reynoldburg man was arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication after authorities found him eating his own feces, Thursday. Chillicothe Police were dispatched to a possible fight at Bridge and Second streets, involving 23-year-old Isaiah G. Stith.
Officers say he was grunting and acting unusual, so they detained him for his safety. Authorities asked Stith if he had swallowed drugs because he began spitting out a thick brown substance; however, Stith said he was hungry and liked the taste of feces, so he relieved himself in an alley and ate it.
A squad was called to the scene to check for a possible overdose, and, while he was found to be physically okay, squad members and officers believed he was under the influence.
Stith was arrested and taken to the Ross County Jail; he was issued a minor misdemeanor citation.
