Authorities charged a woman with inducing panic, Thursday.
A woman was arrested for inducing panic, Thursday. According to Ross County Sheriff George Lavender, deputies were called to a Liberty Hill Road home at 10:30 p.m. on a report of a woman who was believed to be on bath salts.
Witnesses told authorities she was carrying a gun, threatening to harm herself and family members, and running toward a neighbor's house.
Upon arrival, authorities heard shots being fired from a wooded area. The suspect, 41-year-old Donna Miller, of Chillicothe, was found in the woods, though deputies were not able to locate the gun.
Miller was charged with aggravated menacing and inducing panic.
