August 14th will see Mitt Romney speaking in front of the Ross County Courthouse
It is official. Mitt Romney will be making a campaign stop in Chillicothe Tuesday, August 14th.
Ross County Republican Party Chairperson Diane Carnes says the Romney visit will take place in front of the Ross County Courthouse at 7pm; gates open at 6pm.
Ohio GOP Chair Bob Bennett was quoted in today's Columbus Dispatch, saying it is possible that Romney could announce U.S. Senator Rob Portman of Ohio as his VP running mate during that Chillicothe stop. The Romney Campaign isn't commenting on that.
