Section III: That this Ordinances shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.

Mayor Greg Kempton said construction on the Bridge Street Sewer Project is nearing completion and he should know a final completion date on Wednesday the 22nd.

Council payed $49,365.54 Tuesday to the Levee Improvement Fund leaving around 454,000 in the Villages General Fund. The Mayor said extra Police patrols this summer have been a little more expensive than planned. The Mayor stated he is happy with the current General Fund amount, but still a little apprehensive.
