The Air Evac Life Team wants to become more visable in the area

A local air and ground emergency transportation service is hoping to make its services more visible to the region by making appearances during Friday night high school football games this fall.

Air Evac Lifeteam landed at the 50-yard-line of the Zane Trace football stadium Friday night to deliver the game ball for the Pioneers home opener with Logan Elm.

Air Evac, which has ground and air ambulance based in several communities including Chillicothe, is appearing at the WKKJ Game of the Week sites each Friday night to deliver the game ball.

The company is promoting a membership that company representative Tom Johnson says can save "up to $20,000 or more on medical bills" if their service is ever needed.
