The principal says authorities did NOT find anything dangerous on the school grounds.
Officials at the Adena Local School District say they received "a threat" over the phone at around 9:45 a.m., Monday. High School Principal Craig Kerns said he was unable to give specifics due to the ongoing investigation, but revealed students and staff evacuated the building for about 45 minutes while the Ross County Sheriff's Office and other local safety crews swept the building for any potential hazards.
Kerns said nothing was found and students were cleared to return to class.
The Ross County Sheriff's Office is continuing its investigation.
