Authorities say the man was arrested on a secret indictment stemming from a meth lab explosion.

According to Ross County Sheriff George Lavender, 42-year-old Jeffery G. Beglin, of Adelphi, was arrested, Monday, on charges on illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacturing of drugs.

The indictment stems from January when Beglin's home caught fire after an active meth lab in the home exploded.

Two people were injured as a result of the fire.

Lavender also said 36-year-old Jonathon A. Johnson, of Stoutsville, was incarcerated in the case on charges on illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacturing of drugs.

Johnson is at the Correctional Reception Center in Orient.
