A 35-year veteran of the commissioner's office faces a retired educator.
This year's election in Ross County features two county commissioner seats up for a vote.
Democrat Party candidate Bart Henshaw, is a retired educator, who also spent six years on Chillicothe City Council.

Incumbent Republican James Caldwell says he tries to stay current with information a commissioner needs to know, and believes his 35-years in office have seen the board of commissioners representing the county well.
