It'll start at 7pm in downtown Chillicothe.
The Chillicothe Jaycees and Evening Lions Halloween Parade will take place on Saturday at 7pm. Float judging is at 4pm and costume judging is at 5pm, both in the city pool parking lot. Adults and children can enter the costume contest, and the overall winner will get $50.
The winners of the "name-the-parade" contest are Ricky and Julian Villarreal, with 6th grade Bishop Flaget. They came up with the title: "Chills and Thrills at the Chillicothe Jaycees & Evening Lions Halloween Parade." They are also the Jr. Grand Marshalls for the event.
