Police say it occurred on Ervin Avenue in Chillicothe.
Two people were arrested on charges stemming from a home invasion in Chillicothe, Thursday. Police Officer Bud Lytle said the case involved subjects who broke into a home with occupants.
He said one of the suspects was believed to be carrying a weapon.
"We caught one in the area on foot," he said, "and the second entered a vehicle; an approximately 2-mile vehicle pursuit ensued."
Lytle added the chase only reached a maximum speed of 40 miles per hour and ended on Marathon Station near Three Locks Road, where the second suspect was arrested.
Names of those arrested were not released.
