The misdemeanor charges allege theft and criminal mischief against the 18-year-old.
A sixth person has been charged for the December vandalism of a Christmas lights display on Barnhart Drive. According to Chillicothe Municipal Court Records, 18-year-old Collin Hill, of Chillicothe, has been charged with first-degree misdemeanor theft and third-degree misdemeanor criminal mischief.
Earlier this week, the Ross County Sheriff released the names of five others alleged to have been involved: 16-year-olds Ryan Spencer, Harrison Taylor, and Stefan Lynch, as well as 15-year-olds Anthony Brown and Payton North. They were charged with delinquency counts of theft and criminal damaging.
The homeowner, Mike Hall, reported his elaborate Christmas display, which featured over 30,000 lights, had been ruined on December 8th.
