Six Chillicothe residents were charged, Thursday.

Authorities raided two Lincoln Park homes and charged six Chillicothe residents with drug-related offenses, Thursday. Police say the search followed an investigation for drug trafficking in which undercover detectives were able to buy heroin.

At 203 Lincoln Park, authorities say they found heroin, pills, and drug paraphernalia. Three people were charged: 32-year-old Steven Oleary and 22-year-old Shawn Zeisler for possession of drug abuse instruments, and 21-year-old Donta Thompson for possession of heroin.

Authorities say they found marijuana, Suboxone, drug paraphernalia, and cash at 302 Lincoln Park. 20-year-olds Brandon Beverly and Tamara Barnes were charged with possession of marijuana, while 24-year-old Dominique Liggins was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

Officials say the case will be sent to the Prosecutor’s Office for presentation before a grand jury.
