Pike County authorities say two others were captured.

Two people were arrested but another fled following a Pike County burglary, Thursday. Sheriff Richard Henderson says his office responded to a burglary at 2717 Valley Road in Waverly but saw the suspect vehicle on Denver Road while en route to the scene.

He says a short pursuit ended on Debord Road in Ross County, where suspects 29-year-old David Caplinger and 26-year-old Paul Wells fled on foot into a wooded area.

The Sheriff captured 24-year-old Jolyn Prieto at the vehicle.

Prieto, of Chillicothe, is being held in the Scioto County Jail on charges of burglary with a $10,000 bond.

Wells, of Waverly, was captured, as well, and is being held on charges of burglary on a $40,000 bond.

Authorities say Caplinger, of Chillicothe, got away. He's described as 5'11" tall, 180 lbs, with green eyes and thinning blond hair. Anyone with information about Caplinger's whereabouts is asked to contact the Pike County Sheriff's Office.
